Lowongan : Team Leader for E-Banking

Job Description :
Participate in establishing E-Banking Business and product line, familiar with
the E-Banking Business process.
Responsible for the security of electronic banking management, the
establishment of the implementation of safety management systems and risk
control system.
Responsible for the operation of electronic banking management, the
establishment of related systems, organization and implementation, including
Internet banking, phone banking, telephone banking (call center) business,
including transportation, etc.
Responsible for the formulation of e-banking business development plan, carried
out with the industry research and market analysis, business analysis report
submitted to the investigation report and the market.
Take in charge of electronic banking branch to run quality management,
organizational and business training routine inspections
Responsible for the management and processing of electronic banking customer
complaints.

Graduated :
You should graduate at least a Bachelor's Degree S1 majoring in Finance,
Accounting, Banking or equivalent.

Skills and Experience :
Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, fluency in Chinese is preferable.
At least have two years of working experience in the related field is required
for this position.
Preferably Coordinator or Supervisors specializing in Banking or Financial
Services or equivalent.
Job role in Retail Banking or Branch Operation or equivalent.
