1. Surface Facility Engineering
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• 5-10 years experience in O&G Or related industries, including experience in O&G operations.
• Experienced in onshore oil and gas surface production facilities design and operation, pipelines including flow assurance
• Experienced in piping design philosophy including pipe stress analysis calculation
• Basic understanding of budget and cost estimate preparation
2. Production Engineering
Requirements & Responsibilities:
• Female
• Bachelor degree in Petroleum / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5-10 years experience in technical & menagerial position of oil and gas industry
• Monitoring wells production performance and analyze production accumulation in order to assess continuity of corporate business.
• Conduct surveillence avaluation from oil and gas extraction activity and following up development of wells to make the production went smooth.
• Analyze oil and gas concentration of each well, provides technical consultation to produce potential condition of oil production and most economically to be sold.
3. Reservoir Engineering
Requirements & Responsibilities:
• Female
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Petroleum Engineering
• 5010 yaers related experience
• Have significant experience in analyses af reservoir data logs
• Be accomplished in problems solving using classical reservoir engineering techniques
• Be well acquainred with operational issues, such as those relating to drilling, completions, coring, open and cased hole logging, production operations, test equipment and facilities design
4. HSE Supervisor
Requirements:
• Female
• Min S1 Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety
• Min 4 years of experience in Health, Enviromental & Safety (HES) works with at least 3 years in onshore oil & gas operations
• Well khowledge on development and evaluation of QAHSE
• Investigate incidents and developed prevention plan
• Expertise in Health Enviromental and Safety including but not limited to hazard identificationskills, investigation, safety equipment, Permit To Work system, emergency preparednes, HES standard, compliance and regualtions
5. Legal Supervisor
Requirements:
• Male / Female
• Min 4 years experience as Legal Corporate
• Familiar to handle agreement drafting / review, corporate matters, legal documentation control / administration
• Ability to arrange draft contracts for gas, negotiate contracts, compile propasalas, evaluate the performance of subcontractors and prepare contracts, legal issues and ensure the legality of contracts especially for gas, supporting gas marketing
• Accustomed to working with deadlines, work with team and having high motivation, discipline, and dynamic with good personality
• Min degree from law and preferably has advocate certification
• Must fluency in English both spoken & written
6. Civil Engineering
Requirements:
• Female
• 4 years experience in civil engineering 7 construction activities related to Oil & Gas Onshore projects
• Have detailed understanding and knowledge of civil design and foundations for road, earth works, drainage, and pipeline civil work
• Preferred having site management experience. Able to provide civil engineering input throughout pre-FEED, FEED, detailed design, construction, pre-commissioning and commisioning
• Competent to act ac Company representative for the review of the civil engineering aspects of design basis, design drawings, specifications, installatios procedures, etc
• Have sufficient knowledge to ensure that the design work by contractors meets Company standards and relevant industry codes
• Able to monitor the performance of design contractors and suggest remedial actions to avoid design deficiencies and installation delay
7. Finance Manager

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Oversee inspection of piping and welding activities conducted at contractors and subcontractors facilities.
• Coordinate with other structural and piping inspectors.
• Review original material certificates for compliances to codes and specifications.
• Ensure testing, measuring, welding and NDE equipment is fully calibrated and has current certification.
• Ensure storage and user of welding consumables is per manufacture’s recommendations and full certifications.
• Review Contractor’s field inspections and test reports.
• Verify Contractor, subcontractor Quality Management systems, plans, procedures and processes are in place.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
• Working knowledge of :
- Piping and pressure vessel codes and quality standards (e.g. AWS D1.1, CSA B51, ASME Section III, ASME B31.3, and ISO 9001).
- Piping fabrication methods.
- Welding processes and NDE techniques including evaluation methods.
- Piping, Isometrics and shop drawing.
• Trained to authorize work permits (e.g. hot work, confined space, etc.)
• Good Oral and written English language skills.
• Well versed in safe work practices.

4. COATING INSPECTOR (CP – 04)
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Verify required coating inspection methods are performed on pipeline, including DFT, holiday testing, etc.
• Monitor mixing and application of coating by contractor.
• Maintain daily log of activities.
• Oversee application of field joint coating.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• Extensive training and experience in coatings and coatings inspection, application methods, and testing.
• Previous training as a NACE coatings inspector is helpful.
• Knowledge of surface preparation methods and other requirements for obtaining desired performance from coatings.
• 7 years of experience in coatings and coatings inspection.
• Overseas pipeline experience is helpful.
• Competent in PC skills relative to Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail system.
5. CIVIL INSPECTOR (CP – 05)
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Oversee civil/structural related construction activities (excavation, paving, etc.) performed by the Contractor or sub-contractors in assigned coverage area.
• Read and understand project design drawings and documents in order to obtain specific knowledge of project work scope.
• Ensure that all civil/structural related activities are performed safely and in compliance with project specifications, Company standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that all required civil/structural related inspections are performed properly.
• Maintain daily log of activities.
• Facilitate communication of civil related project execution issues the Project Team.
• Communicate with the Contractor and sub-contractors to ensure that the work is executed in accordance with project specifications, Company standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and assess deviations to Contract Technical Specifications and regulatoryrequirements; ensure that such deviations will be processed according to project procedures, maintain Deviation Control Log.
• Assist in stewarding civil/structural queries from the Contractor and sub-contractors as well as technical information requests.
• Keep Project Team informed of civil/structural progress, deviations, and execution concerns.
• Provide input on contractor performance such as worker capabilities, training, qualifications, and staffing levels.
• Assist the Project Team in obtaining civil/structural related contract documents, including those referred to in the job specification.

• Broad and extensive knowledge of:

• Strong organizational, management, and technical judgment skills.

7. REGULATORY & PERMIT SITE SUPPORT (CP – 07)
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Represents the project as a member of the Export System Project Team.
• Stewards the Export System regulatory process - liaise, coordinate, prepare, and submit the applications and documents to obtain the required permits.
- Liaise with Central, Provincial and Regency government regulators to obtain the necessary permits for smooth construction of the export system.
- Liaise / Coordinate Contractor regulatory staff and other groups as required to develop the application and obtain the required permits.
- Monitor and ensure Contractor obtains permits required for execution of the contract work (e.g. Contractor camp building permits, DEPNAKER).
- Develop Company regulatory database (REGFRAME) for monitoring of regulatory compliance and develop /provide such as a handover document to operations.
• Interface with the other functional groups on regulations/permits regarding safety and security and Support other functional groups (e.g. Environmental, Public and Government Affairs, and Land) in communication with regulators to satisfy Legal requirements.
• Identify potential execution issues related to Company and / or Contractor permitting activities and develop mitigation plans as required.
• Obtain Functional guidance on and input to Company Lessons Learn and Best Practices.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:
• BS degree in Law, Engineering or other related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Regulatory discipline within the Oil and Gas Industry or related industries (e.g. infrastructure construction, mining), preferably involved with pipeline projects.
• Ability to effectively communicate in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Knowledge of regulators and governmental agencies applicable to the project scope/area is a plus.
8. PJIT / MIGAS INSPECTION COORDINATOR (CP – 08)
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Work closely with PT, PJIT, DJ-MIGAS, EPC Contractor and subcontractors to develop DJMIGAS and PJIT inspection, witness and hold points on Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Ensure that all equipment and facilities requiring SKPP, SKKP or SKPI are certified by DJMIGAS.
• Obtain all required technical data to be reviewed by PJIT from EPC and PT and ensure that PJIT receive the data on timely manner.
• Develop DJ-MIGAS inspection schedule and arrange DJ-MIGAS and BPMIGAS (if required) visits for all DJ-MIGAS and PJIT inspection, witness and hold points.
• Prepare invitation letter to DJ-MIGAS and BPMIGAS to witness FAT, hydro test, SAT, commissioning/start-up, site inspection, etc.
• Accompany DJ-MIGAS, BPMIGAS and PJIT to witness FAT, hydro test, SAT, startup/ commissioning and other inspections.
• Ensure Berita Acara/Inspection Report is prepared for each inspection/visit and all findings are recorded and reported.
• Develop and manage Berita Acara/Inspection Report spreadsheet and expedite the closure of findings.
• Review databook for SKPP, SKKP, and SPKI with PT and PJIT for timely submission to DJMIGAS.
• Prepare any required presentation to DJ-MIGAS and BPMIGAS related to DJ-MIGAS inspection.
• Other non-routine work in Quality as requested by Supervisor.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• BS in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, or an extensive degree of technical training and experience in the field of Quality inspection or DJ-MIGAS certification.
• Working knowledge of DJ-MIGAS Regulations and other Government of Indonesian Regulations required to obtain SKPP, SKKP and SKPI certificates of worthiness.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in DJ-MIGAS certification or minimum 3 years of experience in DJ-MIGAS certification with minimum 4 years of experience in Quality control/inspection.
• Minimum three (3) years experiences in inspection of piping system, equipment and facilities on major onshore or offshore project is preferred.
• Working knowledge of:

9. SITE ADMIN (CP – 09)
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
Safety:
• Conduct Safety Induction for visitors.
• Participate in the office safety program, basic first aid responder.
• Ensure work is conducted in a safe and efficient manner and that a high level of safety
awareness exists in the office environment.
Controls:
• Performs and records inventory management of office supplies, safety award purchases.
• Maintains office records/files per Management Protection of Information guidelines.
• Prepares expense statements.
• Reviews/check and maintains records of staff contractor time sheets and expense reports.
• Maintains and monitors group vacation records.
Execution:
• Perform administration work for manager and site team.

10. CUSTOMS CLEARENCE SPECIALIST (CP – 10)
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Interface with Project Management Teams and MCL EPC Contractors regarding customs processes and provide guidance as needed.
• Check customs documents to make sure materials are included in Master List in accordance with Contract terms and previous approvals.
• Maintain and expedite custom clearance of imported/exported materials based on MCL regulation, contract terms AND Government regulation.
• Review and ensure all proforma invoices of imported materials and re-exported materials to be matched with Master List.
• Support preparation of import and export document.
• Liaison between Project Management Teams , BPMIGAS, Dit.Jen MIGAS, Custom and other government institution concerned on emergency materials/equipment, custom finding, force majeure materials (lost in hole) and to carry out solving the problem
• Support review of EPC Contractors customs invoices / support MCL payment process when direct pay to customs

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Represents the project as a member of the Export System Project Team.
• Stewards the Export System regulatory process - liaise, coordinate, prepare, and submit the applications and documents to obtain the required permits.
- Liaise with Central, Provincial and Regency government regulators to obtain the necessary permits for smooth construction of the export system.
- Liaise / Coordinate Contractor regulatory staff and other groups as required to develop the application and obtain the required permits.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Work closely with PT, PJIT, DJ-MIGAS, EPC Contractor and subcontractors to develop DJMIGAS and PJIT inspection, witness and hold points on Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Ensure that all equipment and facilities requiring SKPP, SKKP or SKPI are certified by DJMIGAS.
• Obtain all required technical data to be reviewed by PJIT from EPC and PT and ensure that PJIT receive the data on timely manner.
• Develop DJ-MIGAS inspection schedule and arrange DJ-MIGAS and BPMIGAS (if required) visits for all DJ-MIGAS and PJIT inspection, witness and hold points.

1. Position: Exploration Manager
Requirements
1. Maximum 45 years old, Minimum bachelor degree from faculty of geology or mining engineering
2. Minimum 5 (five) years experience, preferable in coal exploration
3. Fluent in English both Oral and Written
4. Knowledgeable in HSE, Amdal, Reclamation, Rehabilitation and CSR
5. Good health and able to work under pressure, Good interpersonal and organizational skills, Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
6. Have a strong leadership skills, communicative, team player and having high integrity
7. Willing to work in remote area, with rotation schedule
Responsibilities
1. Able to make progress report on designated project
2. Resource definition and estimation, including quality assurance and quality control procedures
3. Research, review and assess geological and geophysical data in the planning, implementation and monitoring of exploration activities for company tenure areas; work closely with GM Exploration, Geologist, GIS and drilling team members to develop exploration targets
4. Develop and maintain geological model for each exploration target area
5. Preparation of technical reports for the various feasibility studies and quarterly statutory government reports
2. Position: Drill & Blast Supervisor (Code : DBS)
Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor degree in Mining engineering, Civil Engineering or Geologist with Second Class Blaster Certificate.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in drilling & blasting, preferably as a supervisor.
3. Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software.
4. Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling.
5.Willing to work in site area : Jambi
Responsibilities
1. Execute, monitor and control the drill and blast activities of the project in order to ensure that it is completed on time.
2. Establish drill & blast design and drill & blast environment treatment plan.
3. Ensure exploder is maintained to blasting standards of safety and reliable.
4. Collect data of drilling and blasting include record details of drill pattern, location, hole location, blast time, explosive usage and blast result.
5. Responsible for safety performance and conformance within the area of his control.
3. Position: Coal & Hauling Supervisor (Code : CHS)
Requirements
1. Min. S1 graduate in Geology/Mining Engineering
2. Min. 3 Years experience in coal & hauling.
3. Good knowledge in heavy equipment operational and road maintenance.
4. Able to operate computer (Ms. Office, AutoCad).
5. Ability to use survey equipments.
6. Will be placed on site : Kalimantan Selatan
Responsibilities
1. Monitor road maintenance and improvements works according to the specifications required
2. Plan to use proper heavy equipments for road maintenance
3. Road cost estimation and evaluation
4. Position: Pit Supervisor (Code : PSP)
Requirements
1. Male, Minimum of Bachelor Degree in mining engineering/geology
2. Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in coal mining industry
3. Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
4. Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power
5. Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure
6. Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
7. Willing to be placed in remote area
Responsibilities
1. Monitor, control and supervise the mining production resources to achieve the production targets and objectives of the project in accordance with the project parameters and guidelines.
2. Supervise the performance of mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the mining operations in the shift by shift BMP process using short term variance.
3. Identify the development and training needs of the mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the mining operations for the benefit of the Project Manager.
4. Co-ordinate and supervise Mining production and other mining team to ensure smooth operations at loading points.
5. Control production on an hour by hour basis and prepare timely and accurate reports on project progress as requires by the project.
6. Assist Mining Superintendent in liaise and co-ordinate with maintenance departement to optimize and maximize mining equipment availability and utilization in achieving production target.
7. Minimise axposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the operation phase of the work packages and implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations in accordance with the Safety Management Plan.
5. Position: Project Engineer (Code : PEN)
Requirements
1. Minimum bachelor degree in Mechanical/Civil/Industrial Engineering
2. Minimum 2 Year Experience as project engineer in coal mining company
3. Software experience to include as minimum Microsoft Project
4. High level of initiative and results orientated
5. Will be Placed in site area : Sumatera
Responsibilities
1. Provided for project Pre calculation (material, man power, transportation).
2. Monitoring project material status and report to project manager.
3. Support for design & create technical drawing
6. Position : Surveyor Supervisor (Code : SSP)
Requirements :
1. Male min. 20 years and max 30 years old,
2. Min D3 Geodetic from reputable University
3. Having minimum within 1‐2 years experience on civil construction & mining
4. Able to communicate in English
5. Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software
6. Willing to work at mine site, and remote area
Responsibilities
1. Periodic surveys of mining progress of both overburden and coal stockpile reconciliation
2. Understand topographical surveys and productions coal mines
3. Preparation of mine plans / section as per the mining law of Indonesia and per other needs, Prepare detailed surveys of mine workings
4. Preparation of plans from field surveys
5. Mine planning and maintaining computer models of mine
7. Position: Infra Project Supervisor (Code : IPS)
Requirements
1. Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university
2. Minimum 3 Years Experience in road infrastructure, bridge, port.
3. Have some experiences in Construction and hauling road maintenance will be advantage.
4. Have “Keahlian Pelaksana Jalan “ certificate is preferable
5. Having good leadership, general managerial, project management, good analytical and problem solving
6. Be able to adapt quickly
Responsibilities
1. Monitor and make sure that schedule of project within time frame, make sure quality and quantity of work is always referring to contract document and term of references
2. Manage subordinates to supervising working progress and make a close monitoring with daily report
3. Design building structure, and making coordination with any other party during planning and constructing period
4. Monitor progress of work to running in schedule, and quality and quantity as contract specification. And coordinating the construction drawing to be apply at site
5. Make sure the project is completed on time and meet standard as plan
8. Position: SHE Department Head (Code : SDH)
Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineer/K3
2. Minimum 7 years experience in coal mining industry, with 2 Years experience as SHE Department Head
3. Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
4. Well understanding about mining operation, Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management
5. Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
6. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
7. Willing to be placed on site
Responsibilities
1. Develop SHE policy and system
2. Plan, Implement, and Control SHE activities, include Setting and control SHE budget
3. Conduct Safety & Environmental Law Compliance Audit as required by corporate audit standard and government regulations
4. Conduct environment management and monitoring (waste water, river, sea, ambient air, emission, and soil) based on AMDAL
5. Setting SHE objective target & goals
6. Manage of hazardous and toxicity material
7. Responsible of reclamation activity and progress
8. Responsible for plan and actual of reclamation activity
9. Make Safety and Environmental Report and submit to Government Instance (Quarterly, Yearly, and Yearly Plan)

9. Position: SHE Supervisor (Code : SSP)
Requirements
1. Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineer or equivalent and Minimum 3 years experience in coal mining industry
2. In depth knowledge & experience in mining operation, Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management
3. Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable

5. Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
